Grow Chef works on delivering nutritionist - created fresh and healthy meals through the day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Menu options changes every day, keeping under 500 calories and low in fat and cholesterol. Menu is high in fibre and protien and does not have Mayo or refined flour.
Breakfast is a mix of continental and Indian food with set dishes for each day of the week. The meal consists of a main dish with a small side and a bowl of fruit.
Lunch is a choice between continental (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and Indian (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) meals, again with set dishes for each day of the week with two alternating weekly menus for the Indian meals. The continental meal has a main dish and a small side and a bowl of fruit. The Indian meal is made up of rotis, a curry dish, a sabzi dish, a salad and a bowl of fruit.
Dinner is about the same as lunch with mostly a salad and a side in the continental section and minus the salad in the Indian meal section. The meals are priced upwards of Rs. 130 per meal.
Grow Chef has also recently launched their own brand of power snacks which include power cookies, power bars and power assortments and trail mixes and power drinks to keep even those nibbles and sips between meals just as healthy. Each power snack is calorie-counted and packed chock-full of superfoods with high nutritional value.
Grow is also looking at launching the Grow Self app soon to address mental wellness needs.
